The tile had been grouted earlier today, and we avoided walking on it which kept us out. The white haze is grout residue to be washed off.
Another foundation hole appeared since yesterday for lots 5 & 6.
We learned from a neighbor that lots 19 & 20 have been sold and await permits.
Of the 22 units, 12 show up on the realtor's website, available, as of today. Sales seem to be proceeding briskly.
Excavators were leveling the landscape. The guy on the tractor was very entertaining to watch, very fast, and didn't run over anything while we were watching.
There is a lot of activity which we hope means they'll get it finished by the 26th.
Today there were tilers grouting, finish carpenters, gutter installers, and excavators pushing dirt around.
