We met another new neighbor from lot 22. She signed in September, requesting a closing June 15. It is happening 3 days early, something we could have used.

stepping up the pace
We can't stay away. We met one of the finish carpenters working this Saturday. He and his father will do trim, doors, install cabinets, etc. Today he was installing sub-flooring for the tile which he said would start Monday.
We met another new neighbor from lot 22. She signed in September, requesting a closing June 15. It is happening 3 days early, something we could have used.
