paint!

Well, only primer today, but we may see color tomorrow. We wandered by 2:45 to check mail, ... and progress. The painters had primed the entire interior (garage and basement not included) by that time today and were gone. Speedy.

I can't imagine how long it would take me to do some of these things. My parents did a great deal as do-it-yourselfers, as children of the depression. I learned much from them and had continued in that vein. It is now time to let the pro's do it.

 


Big rollers for fast painting.

While we were out, Paul B. left a message on our answering machine about our paint choices. We have had confusing and conflicting advice on the topic, now settled. White ceilings, upgraded flat paint walls, kitchen/bath (mildew resistant) paint in full baths. All in Sherwin Williams Canvas Tan.

While we had him on the phone, I pressed for a closing date. We need to book movers ... very soon. He promised to give us a closing date Wednesday.
